Don’t let the line discourage you, it moves quickly! They have an array of pastries like cookies, cakes, cannoli, and so much more. They even have savory options like ham & cheese croissants, calzones, pizza slices and arancini (rice balls). The amount of treats they have is outstanding! You want to leave with a bit of everything! Staff is nice and they answered all of my questions. I got the ham and cheese croissant, steak and cheese arancini and the chocolate chip rugelach. Listen, the ham and cheese croissant didn’t even make it up the street! I literally turned back around and ordered more treats. The croissant is buttery and flaky. I had the rugelach for dessert and that was so good. The steak & cheese arancini is so tasty and filling. I can’t wait to try more pastries off the menu. This spot is conveniently located right in the heart of Little Italy. And did I forget to mention that it is 24/7? Definitely check them out!

Whether you’re hungry late night or want to get something quick Bova is always there. They open 24/7. My most favorite thing to get is the rice balls (low key I didn’t want to tell this but I’m telling anyway!). I can never get enough of them, they come with the homemade tomato sauce made it the perfect match!

Certainly better than the other bakeries in the area. Small, family run, and crazy efficient. Can be tough to know what you want as people stand way too close to the cases. The place is on par with the best in the remaining Italian-American enclaves in the US. Great pastries, good arancini, and solid, traditional cannoli. Individual canolo filled on the spot. When the line gets long they try to stay ahead of it, but probably never filled more than a few minutes before you get your. The Florentine cannolo is an absolute treat and worth the wait. The non-pastries are considered "drunk food" by the locals, but are still good.

Dream come true window shopped for the best Boston cream donut in Boston, and I think we found it. There were so many options and the nicest workers that I also tried their great cannolis and lobster tails. Worth a trip from anywhere

This Italian bakery celebrating its centennial this year! I randomly visited on Wednesday evening and just walked in; later, a friend said there's always a long queue… Lobster Tail: Their signature item, actually a cream-filled croissant. The bread was crisp but a bit hard, but the cream wasn't surprisingly sweet! A pleasant surprise! Creme Brulee: So delicious it brought tears to my eyes lol! Extremely delicate and silky yet still slightly springy, with an incredibly rich egg and milk flavor, and a gentle vanilla aroma. A bit unexpected was that the caramel was the kind of syrup used in crème caramel. But I don't really like the caramel coating of the original that may stick on teeth, so it's fine! It's a plus! I brought the same items for my roommates, and they both thought they were delicious too

Very homey, family-style bakery. It was quiet at lunchtime on a weekday, and they accept credit cards. I ordered the crème brûlée cannoli—it was huge and not overly sweet. Would love to come back and try some of their other desserts!

It’s an experience to say the least! Be ready to order when it’s your turn or they’ll skip right over you. Even if you just take a little too long like my husband did. The line was long but very efficient and moved quickly. The line was almost out the door when we entered and we were in and out within 10 or so minutes. The pecan pie bar is the best I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t even like cannolis but I like theirs!
